A Messy Church Prayer

God’s blessing is for:

Those whose lives are messy;

Those who are messed up by sadness;

Those who recognise their own mess;

Those who long to be free of the mess;

Those who care for those who are messy;

Those who experience release from the mess;

Those who mend the mess between others;

Those who are messed up by the world.

So, don’t despise your mess or hide it beneath a cardboard box, but let it be visible to all because that’s where God’s blessing is.
